She helps corporate and individual clients improve their speech, presentation and interpersonal communication capabilities through interactive workshops, keynote presentations and one-on-one coaching sessions. She has been privileged to work with top professionals in well-known international companies including Singapore Airlines, UBS, Bayer-Schering Pharma, Citigroup, Standard Chartered, ING Bank and Allianz Insurance Management. Heather is author of the book, Powerful People Skills, part of the STTS Success Skills Series published by Marshall Cavendish.

    Leonard Song is a Business Coach with Business Oasis International, a management consulting firm that advises business owners and executives on building their companies profitably.

    In addition to his work as a business coach, Leonard is the Director of Training and Business Advisory at BNI Singapore where he organizes and designs training programs to equip BNI members to build a more effective Word of Mouth marketing system for their business.

    Leonard has more than 20 years of experience in business as an entrepreneur, having run his own regional equipment distribution business, and held senior management positions with European MNCs as well as government linked companies.
